Can parents or guardians manage a cadet’s booking remotely?

Yes. Parents and guardians can fully manage bookings on behalf of cadets, including scheduling, payments, and changes. We recommend ensuring we have both the cadet’s and the parent’s contact details so we can share updates with everyone who needs them.

What should I do if I left an item in the vehicle?

If you believe you left an item in one of our vehicles, contact us right away with your trip details and a description of the item. We will coordinate with the chauffeur to check the vehicle and, if found, discuss options for returning your property.

Can I request a specific vehicle type?

You may request sedans, SUVs, sprinters, or other available classes at the time of booking. While specific makes and models are subject to availability, we always provide a vehicle that meets or exceeds the class you reserved.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes. Our chauffeurs are properly licensed, and our vehicles are commercially insured in accordance with applicable regulations. Safety, professionalism, and reliability are core standards at Super Car Deluxe.

What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?

We monitor flights where a valid flight number is provided and adjust pickup times when possible. If your flight is significantly delayed or cancelled, please contact us as soon as you receive the update so we can reschedule or advise you on available options according to our Cancellation Policy.

How much luggage can I bring?

Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle type. Sedans typically accommodate 2–3 standard suitcases, while SUVs and sprinters can carry more. If you are unsure, share your passenger and bag count and we will recommend the appropriate vehicle.

Can I use Super Car Deluxe for special events or corporate travel?

Yes. We provide transportation for events such as the Army–Navy game, family weekends, graduations, corporate meetings, and VIP travel. For groups or multi-day itineraries, we can prepare a custom proposal upon request.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, and in many cases Zelle or similar electronic transfers. Specific payment instructions are included in your confirmation message or invoice.

Is tipping required?

Tipping your chauffeur is entirely optional but always appreciated. If you feel your driver provided excellent service, you may tip in cash or via the same method used for your ride payment, where available.

What is your cancellation policy?

In general, cancellations made 24–48 hours before pickup may be eligible for partial refunds, while cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be charged the full fare. For exact terms, please refer to your confirmation or our full Terms & Conditions.

When will I receive my driver’s details?

Driver name, vehicle details, and contact information are typically sent closer to your pickup time once assignments are finalized. You’ll receive this by text or email using the contact information on file for your booking.

Which airports and locations do you serve?

We regularly serve JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Newark (EWR), Stewart (SWF), Westchester (HPN), and key New York and New Jersey locations including West Point, Manhattan, and surrounding areas. For special destinations, please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer shared rides for West Point cadets?

Yes. We frequently organize shared rides for West Point cadets to and from major airports and nearby train stations. Shared rides help reduce cost per cadet while still providing professional, pre-arranged transportation.

How do I book a ride with Super Car Deluxe?

You can book by using our online form, replying to one of our scheduling emails, or contacting us directly via call or text at (848) 269-0707. Once we confirm details and receive any required deposit, you’ll receive a written confirmation.

Do you charge for wait time?

Airport transfers typically include a complimentary wait period (for example, 15–30 minutes depending on the service). After that, additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at our current hourly rate.

How do I edit my reservation?

You can manage any confirmed booking by replying to your confirmation email or text, or by contacting our concierge support 24/7 at (848) 269-0707 or booking@supercardeluxe.com.
